• Addresses & Orders: shipping/fulfillment addresses and order details.
• Payments: payment and payout details needed to process transactions through Stripe (including Stripe Connect for host onboarding). We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., support) and content you submit.
• Address Features: address input and related metadata when you use Google Maps Platform address/autocomplete features.
• Technical/Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies: essential cookies (including authentication/session cookies) necessary for core functionality and limited analytics cookies to understand site usage.

We do not intend to collect sensitive categories of information and our services are not directed to children.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service (accounts, orders, fulfillment, support).
• Protect the service and users (security, fraud/abuse prevention, troubleshooting).

How We Share Information

This includes Stripe for payments/payouts and Google Maps Platform for address features. We do not sell personal information and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. When you use payment features, relevant personal and transaction data is shared with Stripe to process charges, transfers, refunds, fraud checks, compliance verification, and related financial operations. Address Features (Google Maps Platform)

If you use address autocomplete or mapping features, information such as address queries and related metadata may be sent to Google Maps Platform to provide those features. Use of these features is subject to Google's terms and privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We use essential cookies required to run the site and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. In jurisdictions that require consent for non-essential cookies, we will request consent before using them.
